Welcome, i’m so glad you’re here! It hasn’t always been so easy to find me.

I spent over 35 years in hiding as a key witness in a murder investigation. Through it all I remained the eternal optimist. I lived vicariously through others by helping them launch and realize their dreams in their life, love, and business. My goal, mission, and responsibility as I see it both then and now is to move those I worked with from best kept secret to success in life, love, and business.

I am Jo Dibblee. I am often referred to as a breakthrough expert and change agent. Still, others refer to me as a best kept secret which is true as I was a best kept secret for 35+ years.

More than 20 years in Corporate Canada allows me to see the gaps and blocks that hold business owners back. As entrepreneurs it can be frustrating and challenging but we don’t have to go it alone. What we all need is community, clarity, access, connection, knowledge, and self accountability.

My vision is to be the change that I seek in the world because I believe to my core that one person can make a difference, and to help women entrepreneurs claim their success. I want to move them faster and farther than they have been before;
